The hedgerows are bursting with wild Spring greens and edible blooms packed with vitamins and full of natural goodness. Join Jade Mellor on a stroll around Cardigan’s wilder side, learning about and gathering a rich variety of edible seasonal leaves and blossoms. Bring a basket, or something similar to carry your harvest in, which will be used to make into a tasty vibrant tonic to take home.
