About Jay
I trained as a Nurse, Person Centred Counsellor, Flower Essence Practitioner & Producer. I have training in many other therapies including Expressive Arts. However, my core teaching comes from life experience, my intuition and my connection to it. I am a female survivor, writer, poet and artist. I have worked with my own chronic health problems for over 25 years. I work primarily as an Energy Intuitive. I pretty much love & live my own work. www.elflightessence.co.uk
