This course takes place over many months and is taught in a tutorial style. It is great for developing a portfolio for entry to art college or towards an exhibition. Can a narrative be displayed in one painting or does it need to be a series? Which contemporary artists work in the narrative and does this strengthen their voice? We will study the works of Giotto, Stanley Spencer and Sidney Nolan as starting points for sessions.
Taking place on the following dates at Small World Theatre, Cardigan.
20 November, 4 December, 29 January, 29 April
10am – 3.30pm
